Ok, the Sony Style portal is a very cool looking portal. Depending on your offline-portal sitituation you can choose between the Sony Style Portal Original and LITE (for quicker loading). The games and applications look very nice: The games are pretty satisfying, considering they are Javascript games. The Sony Style portal includes two multiplayer games Connect4 and Squares (make turn, pass). One thing they could improve on, would be the links, links to Mapquest Mobile, and other online portals would have been great. The extraction of the portal to the PSP was very easy, and adding new wallpapers to the portal is simple. In the readme file that's included in the zipped file, it will show you how to go about customizing the links. This is a great offline portal, for those who haven't tried it. Will the X5 Offline Portal ( x5.psp3d.com/) be a challenge to the Sony Style portal, probably not as shown by the screen shots. Juan Carlos Mendoza Arce claims this about the X5 Portal: "ON THE SCREENSHOTS KAOTIX X5 LOOKS REALLY HOT BUT ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD IT TO YOUR PSP IT REALLY SUCK, THE CLOCK IS THE THING THAT I HATE THE MOST IT ISN'T LIKE THE ONE ON THOSE PICS SO DON'T LET THEM TO FOOL YOU, IF YOU WANT A REALLY GOOD PORTAL DOWNLOAD SONYSTYLE PORTAL." You can download the Sony Style, and other portals at gtcave.com under "Portals" on the left hand table. ( www.gtcave.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=category§ionid=4&id=19&Itemid=57) **Update: The download link doesn't work right now**

PS: Do any of you guys get the X5 Portal working? I've been having some troubles and when I type in the adress, like it says to do, my psp will say "The content cannot be displayed."
To reply you do not need an account.

I got X5 on my psp and it worked fine. I actually had that problem at the beginning, btu when I checked my files on my psp I had psp/common/x5/x5. When it extracts it makes another X5 folder is the problem so...just copy the real one into common and then delete the bad one. But, it is pretty cool, there are a lot of games, it looks like mac, you can change the background, and download movies and such. The only problem is that sometimes it displays "not enough memory" or something like that and I haven't figured out what does that.

To reply you do not need an account. You need to change the address... I had the same problem with that portal as well... You just need to follow the readme except for the names of folders. E-mail me at "pikolok@gmail.com" with questions, I can't hlep right now as I'm at school and everything is blocked... I can override iPrism at sch ool but some things don't show up right, lol... I made an admin account But yeah, feel free to e-mail me. I actually do know a lot about PSP portals and I'm working on my very own at the moment... Ideas would be great! That goes for all of you!

ok im only saying this once "except if u email me at email on bottom", so listen up; What u can do with most portals is WWWWWAAAAAYYYYYYY easier than u think: Step 1: go to psponme.com (with psp internet browser) "this site is for flash games on psp"! Step 2: go to download one of the games and it will have a page titled "FILE DOWNLOAD PAGE" Step 3: go to link: click here for instructions for psp online Step 4: download the offline launcher 2 and save to psp then bookmark it. Step 5: trust me i guarutee it will be over 75% easier than typing the whole address. (does this face look decieving ) * any ?'s; e-mail me at hteen1993@yahoo.com
